I am new to the area and now a dedicated Zarowny customer because of the most amazing courtesy driver. This woman was friendly and professional without being intrusive. Her skills at juggling the multitude of things she needed to get done is unequaled. She was prompt and ready to go. Oh yeah, the guys in the service area were good as well. Service done as they promised on time but the star is the driver. Even if you dont need a lift take one just to chat with her a minute
I had an annoying vibration noise in my car. Dropped in to Zarowny Motors and was able to get Lloyd to come for a test drive in a timely manner. He identified the problem and got the car in for repair immediately. While the car was getting repaired, I enjoyed a coffee in their lovely waiting area. I left the dealership a very happy customer.
Very helpful parts staff, thanks Frank. Cousin's car was clunking and upon inspection I found sway bar links needed replacement. Frank found and ordered the correct parts and even had the correct nuts in stock for replacement. Parts arrived on time and they were correct. The pricing was VERY competitive.
Had my MKC oil change this week. I am always amazed at the friendly and supportive staff at Zarowny Motors! And I do love the Lincoln extras! My car was detailed, and you can't imagine the delight in seeing that they had removed all of the bugs off of the front of my car. Thank you, Zarowny Motors!
