Put a deposit on a vehicle and they sold it from.under me. Didn't get a phone call for a couple days, then decided to call them and ask how thing we're going and the salesman told me they sold the car... Very unprofessional.
Great Experience with the Service Dept.My Journey had to be towed in with unknown issues. They called and updated me, took care of all repairs needed and were very easy to work with. When we picked it up, we had questions and the tech who actually did the work came out and talked to us so we understood what was done and why. Great bunch of people and will be using them again for our service needs.
If there where 6 Stars to give I would give 7! I cannot say enough how much the staff at this dealership pulled together to help me get the truck I wanted. It starts at the top, Miguel an amazing manager knew I was coming and had the truck I wanted clean and waiting out front when he greeted me upon arrival. He set me up with both Ben and Keith (sales team) who work together to make sure I had exactly what I wanted. Their pricing IMO is basically unmatched in the area and I would imagine there are very few dealerships in the province that could and would match them.As a small local business, it is always a challenge to acquire new trucks and I had to wait approximately a week, week in a half to get financing sorted out. Justin in finance had to deal with constant messages from me heckling him day and night wanting updates. He did it and never showed a signal sign of annoyance by my persistence. Even the parts team was awesome and gave great advice and suggestions. I see that there are a few less than 5 Star reviews and that completely surprises me as I dont think you could find a better dealership with this kind of customer service. I feel like I have made a whole new group of friends with the experience I had at this dealership.Disclaimer: I do not work for St. Paul Dodge LOL, I run a small lawn care business call "Just-In-Credible Lawn Care Services Inc." and I will buy all my new trucks from this dealership because I believe in building a strong relationship with your customers and St. Paul Dodge is IMO the Gold Standard!-
I bought my jeep here. I'm the only one who drives it and brings it for repair and this shop, for the last 2 years, still has to search for my name every time because they insist on putting it in my husband's name. Grrrr.I went for a fix for a factory recall this time. It went well.Last time I booked in for service I tried to get a roof rack installed. After asking several detailed questions about my vehicle they gave me a quote. They made me pay for the part before I even got to the shop.When I arrived they told me the part I paid for needed another, never mentioned in the quote, more expensive part to mount the rack. I am still angry. I refused the service then and I still don't have a roof rack. I will choose another shop for future repairs, too.
