This store is great. I know they clean the cages every day plus they feed the animals daily. I love the way the store is setup . One room for fish, one room for reptiles and amphibians another one for cats/kittensand dogs/puppies. Every groom is done with ease and done fast.It is a joy to go into the store and visit each section . Always go and visit it when in St. Paul.
I have had great experience with this business. Whenever my dogs have gone there for grooming they have always come home well groomed and very happy. I like the little add ons too, the cut bandanna or bow tie. I appreciate that the owner and all staff are very friendly and always come right out to see if they can be of help with any question I have. I would highly recommend this business, it is where the owner takes time to care.
My girlfriend & I bought a fish aquarium pump from paws and klaws & the owner told us it worked fine, later on went home to try it just to figure out it did not work. Also you can tell how unprofessional this company is by the way they respond to customer reviews. Never going to pawz n klawz again.
Being fully aware of how hard it is to have a mom n pop store in a small town these days, I would like to say thank you to the owners of Pawz N Klawz pet store. I have seen these people help customers during closed hours so their pets do not go without, I have seen the owner take in abandoned animals that no one else has wanted. I have personally had the staff help me get specific information regarding my own pets and the results have always been positive. This store is stocked and clean, the staff are amazing and I always get a warm fuzzy feeling when I enter.
Horrible experience! My dad and I purchased 100$ fish tank pump and it did not work! So my dad tried to get a refund but the lady refused to give us our money back saying "it's already been used". The owner is very rude. Never going back again. Thanks for Pet Valu we got a better fish tank pump and for cheaper. Pawz n klaws has lost loyal customer service.
